Description:

1.      The computerized automatic pillow filling machine line can be used for sleeping pillow, cushion, sofa, chair pads etc.

2.      The material application can be conjugate hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.

3.      It can be used for micro fiber 0.8d to 3d with 90% up opening rate.

4.      Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
