Description:

1. Qingdao LION Computerized pillow filling machine QL003-PF is one of the latest developed machines according to our customer's requirement and experience during using our machine.

2. It is adjusted by PLC control system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators,

   one of them is mainly working for raw material feeding and another one works for the 2 fillings that adjusted by control panel.

3. It requires conjugated hollow silicon zed polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm. normally there are 30% material can be mixed with non-silicon zed fiber waste or wool etc.

NOTE: The user should ask for confirmation from the seller before change the fillings.

4. The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different production size and filling quantity for each pillow case from each filling slot separately.

5. Different requirement can be considered to work on our equipment to be suitable to the customer.

6. Good dynamical balance processing assures the machine running without shaking and noise.
